Mobile Building Services Engineer £42k - London

Company:

My client has been successfully operating for over 35 years within the mechanical and electrical industry. They specialize in Commercial Offices in London and have contracts in retail, including clients such as Barclays Bank, HSBC, Lloyds Banking Group, and RBS.

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday
• 8am – 5pm
• 41.25-hour workweek

The role involves being a mobile commercial gas engineer covering London and the Home Counties, servicing a diverse portfolio of clients. Responsibilities include:

• Service, maintenance, breakdown, and repairs of mechanical plant
• Plant room maintenance
• Emergency light testing, fan coils, filters, pumps, motors, and general plumbing
• Carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance as part of FM duties

Salary & Package:

• £42,000
• Van & Fuel Card

• 1 in 10 call-outs – £65 standby
