Job summary

Rituals UK & Ireland (B Corp™) is seeking a mobile Assistant Store Manager to cover the Manchester area. You’ll work with the Store Manager on rota planning, sales strategies and initiatives to delight customers and colleagues.

You’ll be the product expert and coach your team to deliver the Feel Good Experience, manage operations, inventory and cash handling, and travel across Manchester and nearby locations to support stores.

Qualifications

• Similar level of experience in retail or customer service.
• Coaching and people leadership experience.
• Ability to drive sales and create engaging customer experiences.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to travel across Manchester and nearby locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in rota planning and contribute to sales strategies.
• Coach and develop the store team to deliver the Feel Good Experience.
• Handle operations tasks such as inventory and cash handling.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Rituals and maintain a luxury boutique presence.
• Provide product knowledge and handle customer questions on products.
