Job summary

Rituals Cosmetics is seeking an Assistant Manager for Manchester Arndale. The role blends shop floor leadership with team coaching, rota planning, and product expertise to create a premium customer experience.

You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage inventory and cash, and develop your team while embodying the luxury brand. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Similar level of experience in retail or customer service.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong people skills to inspire the team and connect with customers.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager on rota planning and sales strategies.
• Be the product expert and handle complex customer questions.
• Own operations: rota management, inventory, cash handling, back-office tasks.
• Develop the team and turn targets into engaging activities.
• Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining a polished luxury boutique presence.
