Job summary

Rituals Cosmetics is seeking an Assistant Manager for Manchester Arndale. The role blends shop floor leadership with team coaching, rota planning, and product expertise to create a premium customer experience.

You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage inventory and cash, and develop your team while embodying the luxury brand. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Similar level of experience in retail or customer service.

Have strong people skills and easily adapt to different personalities - you know how to inspire your team, collaborate with your Store Manager, and connect with customers (whether they're chatty or more reserved).

You’re available to work during opening hours, which include evenings and weekends.
