Job summary

Rituals Cosmetics UK and Ireland is seeking a Mobile Assistant Store Manager to cover the Glasgow area. You will work mainly on the shop floor, supporting the Store Manager with rotas, targets and strategy while coaching the team to deliver exceptional customer service in a luxury boutique environment.

You’ll act as a product expert, handle complex customer queries, manage store operations, and help grow the team through coaching.

Qualifications

• Similar level of experience in retail or customer service.
• Able to work opening hours including evenings and weekends.
• Product expert capable of handling complex questions and driving purchases.

Responsibilities

• Lead in Store Manager's absence and coach Sales Advisors.
• Collaborate on rota planning, sales strategies and plans.
• Demonstrate products and embody the Feel Good Experience.
• Manage rota, inventory, cash handling and back-office tasks.
