Join us as a Mobile Facilities Manager and take a key role in our team by line-managing and supervising cleaning and facility staff (Placemakers). Your collaboration with the Placemakers is essential to ensure an excellent workplace experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support the contract management team in delivering and developing our service solution systems, identifying service improvement opportunities.
2. Maintain a healthy, safe, and secure environment and ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation.
3. Roster cleaning and facility Placemakers to ensure all sites are adequately staffed, covering sickness or planned absences.
4. Ensure all documents such as audits, COSHH, H&S, and SOPs are completed, kept up to date, and reviewed regularly.
5. Recruit, train, and develop frontline Placemakers effectively.
6. Deliver services in a commercially responsible manner.
7. Record and address customer queries/complaints through the appropriate procedures.
8. Complete all periodic reporting, paperwork, and administration on time.

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

1. Experience supervising in a facility or cleaning services environment.
2. Strong supervision and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and follow guidance from management.
3. Understanding of how service outcomes impact contract success.
4. Ability to manage business performance to achieve successful outcomes.
5. Skill in reviewing service levels and identifying areas for improvement to meet customer expectations.
