Key Responsibilities

• Support and guide operatives to meet service levels
• Perform regular checks and cleaning in designated areas
• Respond to cleaning requests promptly
• Conduct periodic carpet cleaning and spring cleaning as specified
• Assist Sector Manager with recruitment and vetting processes
• Manage and develop the team to promote high morale and motivation
• Provide weekly absence reports and record additional hours worked by the cleaning team

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

• Experience in MAS or supervisory roles
• Experience in managing and developing teams in similar roles
• Ability to maintain high service standards
• Health and Safety management experience
• Proven track record of success
• Personality traits: pragmatic, independent, personable, hardworking
