Job summary

Facilitate Search Ltd is seeking a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to cover Leicestershire and surrounding areas. The role offers a permanent, full-time position with a salary up to £45,000 and a strong long-term career path in a growing facilities management team.

You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on commercial AC and HVAC equipment, including VRV/VRF, AHUs and multi-split systems, while maintaining documentation and CAFM records.

Qualifications

• F-Gas Category 1 qualification.
• Recognised Air Conditioning/Refrigeration qualification.
• Strong AC service and maintenance experience.
• Previous commercial/FM experience.
• Confident fault-finding across a variety of AC systems.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Comfortable working within a mobile position.

Responsibilities

• Planned preventative maintenance of AC systems.
• Reactive maintenance and breakdown response.
• Fault finding, diagnosis and repairs.
• Split and multi-split systems.
• VRV/VRF systems.
• AHUs and associated HVAC equipment.
• Completing service and maintenance documentation.
• Updating CAFM systems.
• Liaising professionally with clients.
• Ensuring compliance with F-Gas and health & safety requirements.
