Job summary

Facilitate Search Ltd is recruiting a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join our expanding facilities management team. The role covers Leicestershire and surrounding areas, performing planned and reactive maintenance on commercial AC and HVAC systems.

You will work across split and VRV/VRF systems, AHUs, and related equipment, ensuring compliance with F-Gas and health & safety, updating CAFM records, and liaising with clients to deliver reliable service.

Qualifications

• F-Gas Category 1 qualification is required.
• Recognised Air Conditioning/Refrigeration qualification.
• Strong AC service and maintenance experience.
• Previous commercial/FM experience.
• Confident fault-finding across a variety of AC systems.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Comfortable working within a mobile position.

Were looking for an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join a growing Facilities Management team covering Leicestershire and the surrounding area.

The Role
