Job summary

Facilitate Search Ltd in Leicestershire is seeking a skilled Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join our growing facilities management team covering Leicestershire and surrounding areas.

You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance across commercial air conditioning and HVAC equipment, including fault finding, diagnostics and repairs on split, VRV/VRF, AHUs, and associated systems, while ensuring compliance with F-Gas and health & safety requirements.

Qualifications

• F-Gas Category 1 qualification
• Recognised Air Conditioning/Refrigeration qualification
• Strong AC service and maintenance experience
• Previous commercial/FM experience
• Confident fault-finding across a variety of AC systems
• Full UK driving licence
• Comfortable working within a mobile position

Responsibilities

• Planned preventative maintenance of AC systems
• Reactive maintenance and breakdown response
• Fault finding, diagnosis and repairs
• Split and multi-split systems
• VRV/VRF systems

• Identifying required remedial works
• Completing service and maintenance documentation

Were looking for an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join a growing Facilities Management team covering Leicestershire and the surrounding area.

The Role
