Job summary

Arc Recruitment (Yorks) Ltd is seeking an Advice Administrator to provide practical guidance and support to customers, including those in vulnerable circumstances, from a mobile advice van. You will assess needs, deliver tailored advice, and refer to funding or services while maintaining records in CRM and supporting reporting.

You will attend community events, collaborate with partners, and help improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong IT skills with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Empathy and a commitment to supporting vulnerable customers.
• Ability to manage workloads and meet targets.
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored advice and support to customers.
