Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a Mobile AC Engineer to cover the Kent area on a van-mobile basis, servicing and maintaining commercial HVAC systems across a data centre contract.

The role requires AC qualification (City & Guilds Level 2), strong building services knowledge, and a proven track record in commercial maintenance; electrical knowledge is a plus. Salary up to £44,000 plus package.

Qualifications

• AC qualification (City & Guilds Level 2) required.
• Must be able to provide copies of trade certificates.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Client-facing experience required.
• Electrical knowledge beneficial for the role.

Responsibilities

• Air conditioning/service maintenance on split systems, VRVs/VRFs, AHUs, FCUs and chillers.
• Pressure leak testing of HVAC systems.
• Compressor changes where needed.
• General building services knowledge applied on site.

Mobile AC Engineer – FM Service Provider – Kent Area – Van Mobile - up to £44,000 + Package

Are you an Air Conditioning Engineer looking for a new challenge? Are you looking to break into a data centre contract? Would you like to work for a leading Facilities Maintenance provider? CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting an air conditioning engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a data centre contract. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This position would be ideal for an Air Conditioning Engineer currently in a similar position who is keen on progression. In return, the company are offering a competitive salary

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service/maintenance
• Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAV's and VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.
• Pressure leak tests
• Compressor changes
• Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial.
• Extensive building services knowledge

Hours of Work & Package Information

• Monday to Friday 8:00 am-17:00 pm
• 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
• Up to £44,000
• Van & Fuel Card
• Tablet & Work Phone Provided

• Travel paid after 30 minutes each way
