Job summary

voco Grand Central Hotel in Glasgow is seeking a Mixologist (Full-Time) to create memorable cocktails and deliver warm, personalized service to our guests. Our iconic venue sits in Glasgow city centre, renowned for Champagne Central Bar and a rich history.

You will craft drinks, share knowledge of wines, beers and spirits, and support the wider F&B team to ensure timely service for all guests.

Qualifications

• Experience as a bartender or mixologist in a restaurant, bar or hotel.
• Knowledge of wines, beers, spirits and cocktails.
• Personal license is a bonus.
• Strong guest service mindset and hosting ability.

Responsibilities

• Create high quality cocktails and beverages for guests.
• Interact with guests to share knowledge on wines, beers and spirits.
