voco Grand Central Hotel in Glasgow is seeking a Mixologist (Full-Time) to craft innovative cocktails and deliver a warm, personal guest experience. You will engage guests with knowledge of wines, beers and spirits and support the wider F&B team to ensure timely service.

The role requires a passion for hospitality, a host-like presence, and a flexible, full-time schedule with 5 shifts weekly. A personal license is highly beneficial and a positive, un-stuffy approach is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Availability to work full-time, 5 shifts per week.
• Experience working within a Restaurant, Bar or Hotel as a Bartender or Mixologist.
• Knowledge of Wines, Beers, Spirits and Cocktails – excited by being creative and sharing your skills with others.
• Passion for providing an excellent guest service and interacting with guests to create a personal experience.
• Personal license is highly beneficial.
• Un-stuffy, friendly host attitude and a sunny personality.

As a Mixologist, your main duties and responsibilities will be ensuring high quality guest experience through the creation of unique and exciting cocktails, interacting with our guests to share your knowledge of various Beers, Wines and Spirits. You will also be assisting the wider F&B team to provide timely service!

We are looking for someone who has…
