Job summary

Hotel Indigo Gloucester is seeking a Bartender to join the Hotel Food and Beverage team on an 8-hour per week contract, earning £13.20 per hour plus service charge. This role supports a vibrant guest experience in a historic city hotel managed by IHG.

The successful candidate will mix cocktails, offer drink recommendations, and work closely with the F&B team to ensure guest satisfaction and allergen information accuracy. We value hospitality, teamwork, and a passion for delivering great service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as bartender / cocktail bartender.
• Experience serving customers in a busy environment.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a wide hotel team.

Responsibilities

• Creating guests' drinks orders, mixing cocktails and pouring specialty drinks.
• Providing recommendations based on individual preferences with knowledge of wines, spirits, beers and cocktails.
• Collaborating with the F&B team to ensure guest experience and allergen information are managed.
