CHAOS Industries seeks a Mission Execution Lead (MEL) based in the UK to own end-to-end planning and execution of customer demonstrations, exercises, contracts and deliveries across UK, Europe and the Middle East.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risk, and maintain close customer engagement from pre-sales through post-implementation, mentoring junior colleagues and traveling up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Must take full responsibility for the plan and anticipate what comes next.
• Able to quickly learn complex products and become a subject matter expert on CHAOS systems.
• Work well across functions and prioritise mission success.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities in challenging environments.
• Proven experience in developing requirements, scoping programs, and delivering to defense customers.
• Comfortable in field settings, including hands-on work with hardware.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Willing to travel up to 50% across Europe, the Middle East, and North America.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the customer’s ambassador within CHAOS and CHAOS’ representative to the customer.
• Own end-to-end execution of demonstrations, exercises, site surveys, training, milestones and deliveries.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, product, operations and leadership.
• Identify risks early and drive them to resolution.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and credibility when engaging customers and engineers.
• Travel to customer sites and office locations as required to meet customer needs.
