The Mission Operations Manager role focuses on translating strategy into concrete plans, building clear processes, and removing friction to enable rapid, reliable customer outcomes. Travel to LA HQ is expected for collaboration and demonstrations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into operational reality and optimize execution before impacting customers.
• Design scalable workflows for demonstrations, deliveries, onboarding, training, planning, and handoffs.
• Build repeatable operating models, playbooks, and templates to scale the Mission organization.
• Identify bottlenecks and remove friction to improve speed, quality, and predictability.
• Establish operating rhythms, cadences, and decision-making processes across teams.
