MBDA UK is offering an Integration and Missile Validation Engineer - Graduate Programme 2027. You will join the IMV team responsible for trials, testing and proving missile systems across the development lifecycle, from planning and lab tests to offsite trials and reporting.

The programme includes on-site 4–5 days per week, a salary of £31,900 plus a £3,000 joining bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package featuring pension, annual leave and career progression.

Formación

• Degree qualified in Engineering, Physics, Mathematical Sciences, Technology, Computing or General Science to minimum 2:2.
• Willingness to work on-site 4–5 days per week and undergo BPSS clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute ground and flight trials to validate missile systems.
• Integrate subsystems and demonstrate hardware/software interactions.
• Analyse data, report findings and support proving activities.
• Develop test strategies and operate test equipment in lab/offsite trials.
• Support in-service testing and documentation for customer review.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness and safety.
