We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our Management Information Services team, supporting our commitment to delivering an outstanding student experience.
In this pivotal role, you will provide flexible, proactive, and student-focused administrative and data processing support. You'll play a key part in ensuring that every student receives an excellent service at our Customer Advice and Support Centre desks across campuses and ensure that data processing is timely and accurate.
This role is ideal for someone who has outstanding customer service skills and has an excellent understanding of data compliance standards in line with funding agency rules as well as knowledge of Student Bursaries and the Student Loans (FE & HE).

Walsall College takes part in the Targeted Retention Incentive (TRI) scheme, a Department for Education initiative that provides financial incentives of up to £6,000 to eligible further education (FE) teachers working in priority subject areas. Eligible teachers must be within the first five years of their FE teaching career and teach specific courses in areas such as construction, chemistry, computing and digital, early years, engineering and manufacturing, maths, and physics.
Payments range from £2,000 to £6,000 depending on teaching hours and the provider’s profile, with higher amounts available for institutions serving greater proportions of disadvantaged learners.
This post may be eligible for the Targeted Retention Incentive, subject to meeting the scheme’s eligibility criteria.
