Job summary

WSP is seeking an experienced Technical Executive to lead a multidisciplinary engineering team within the Mining & Met als sector. You will shape technical direction, governance, and delivery across projects, reporting to the Engineering Executive.

The role requires Chartered status or eligibility, and ~18+ years in mining or heavy industries, with strong consultancy and client engagement skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Chartered status or eligibility for chartership required.
• 18+ years' experience in mining, resources, infrastructure or heavy industry.
• Experience leading engineering teams and technical disciplines.
• Strong consulting, client engagement and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience in project delivery, risk management, quality assurance and governance.
• Strategic thinking with growth and continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication, coaching and leadership skills.
