Job summary

GoodOaks Homecare seeks a Registered Manager to lead and grow our Milton Keynes service. You will work closely with the franchise owner to develop high-quality visiting and live-in care, oversee client consultations, care planning, onboarding, and ensure CQC compliance.

We value a proactive, person-centred approach, strong leadership, and a commitment to exceptional customer service. DBS check will be required for working with vulnerable adults, and a UK driving licence is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a homecare/domiciliary service.
• Strong knowledge of care regulations and CQC.
• Promote person-centred care across the team.
• Proactive leadership and team development.
• Willing to undertake a DBS check for working with vulnerable adults.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development of visiting and live-in care services in Milton Keynes.
• Conduct client consultations, care assessments, and onboarding of new clients.
• Manage feedback and complaints to drive service improvement.
• Grow the business by pursuing new opportunities and building relationships.
• Support recruitment, induction and development of staff; ensure branch safety and CQC compliance.
