You will have overall day-to-day management responsibility and drive service performance and growth.

The ideal candidate will have previous Registered Manager or senior care experience, in-depth knowledge of CQC regulations, and a full UK driving licence.

• Solid knowledge of CQC regulations and care legislation.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Desirable Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care.

Responsabilités

• Provide effective leadership and management of the domiciliary care service.
• Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, care standards, and relevant legislation.
• Maintain a high-quality, person-centred approach that promotes dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
• Manage and develop care staff through recruitment, induction, training, supervision, and performance management.
• Monitor and improve service quality through audits, reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and external stakeholders.
• Oversee care planning and risk assessments to ensure safe and effective service delivery.
• Manage service performance and business development opportunities within the local community.
• Ensure effective rota management and continuity of care for clients.
• Promote a positive culture that reflects compassion, professionalism, and excellence in care.
