Job summary

Major Recruitment Norwich is partnering with a local employer in Mildenhall, Suffolk, to recruit an experienced MIG Welder. The role focuses on MIG welding of varied metal components, reading drawings, maintaining high quality and safety standards, and meeting production deadlines.

Hours are flexible within a 37.5-hour week with shifts 6:00-14:00 or 7:00-15:00 or 8:00-16:00, Monday to Friday. Up to £15.50 per hour, based on experience, plus 22 days' holiday and onsite parking.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years MIG welding experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Are you an experienced MIG Welder looking for a stable role with flexible working hours and a great team environment? Our client is seeking a skilled and reliable MIG Welder to join their growing business. As a MIG Welder, you will be responsible for producing high quality welded components while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out MIG welding on a variety of metal components.

Package & Benefits
