Precision People requires an experienced MIG Welder to join a leading sheet metal fabrication team in Northampton. Role involves MIG welding on mild steel, jig-based welding on small to medium components, and contributing to general assembly with strict quality checks.

The position offers a structured day schedule from 7.00am to 4.00pm (Mon-Thurs) and 7.00am to 1.00pm on Fridays, with overtime available and onsite parking. Pay rate up to £15 per hour.

• Experience in MIG welding in a production environment.
• Ability to use jigs and quality check own parts.
• Motivated and a good team player.

The Role - MIG Welder

• MIG welding predominantly on mild steel
• Welding using jigs on small to medium components
• General assembly
• Quality control of own work
• Working independently and as part of a team

• Experience of MIG Welding
• Experience in a production welding environment
