Job summary

Acosta Europe is seeking a Field Sales Representative to cover the Midlands roaming territory, with ideal location Leicester. This role drives sales for Red Bull Grocery across Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester, Derby, Northampton and surrounding areas.

The position is Permanent, full-time, offering £27,980.98 per annum plus a 15% performance bonus, company vehicle, fuel card and tech. You will be on the front line in stores, building relationships and executing campaigns.

Qualifications

• Attitude, hunger and drive are valued over prior experience in Retail, FMCG or field sales.
• Candidate must be comfortable with face‑to‑face selling and field roles.

Responsibilities

• Owning relationships with key in-store decision makers
• Influencing range, availability and promotional execution including winning secondary displays and extra shelf space
• Executing high-impact merchandising and brand activations
• Using data and insight to prioritise high-value stores
• Spotting gaps, fixing issues, and maximising every visit
• Reporting activity accurately and feeding back market insight
• Competing to be the best — and being rewarded when you are
• Provide flexible support across territories and channels during peak periods, launches, and key business initiatives.
