Job summary

Acosta Europe is recruiting a Field Sales Representative for a roaming Midlands territory covering Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester, Derby, Northampton and surrounding areas. You will build vital relationships with in-store decision makers, drive availability and promotional execution for Red Bull Grocery, and own your patch with entrepreneurial drive.

You’ll be on the front line, using data and insights to prioritise high-value stores, win prime space, and maximise sales volume.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or FMCG is valued.
• Proven ability to win space and drive promotions.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working without fixed office base.
• Full UK manual driving licence required.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage relationships with in-store decision makers.
• Influence product range, availability and promotional execution.
• Execute high-impact merchandising and brand activations.
• Use data to prioritise high-value stores and opportunities.
• Visit stores regularly to maximise visibility and sales.
• Report activity accurately and share market insights.
