Job summary

Manpower UK is seeking a Regional SHEQ Business Partner for the Midlands, based near Coventry with hybrid working, visiting sites 2–3 days a week and occasional office attendance. The role drives health, safety, environmental and quality standards across contracts from landscaping to civil works.

You will report to the Head of SHEQ, lead audits, support frontline teams, and ensure IMS compliance across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
• Experience and knowledge of CDM.
• Experience with ISO/OHSAS management systems.
• Auditing qualification in Quality, Health and Safety or Environmental Systems.
• Good communication skills at all levels.
• Good attention to detail.
• Excellent IT skills.
• Valid UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Provide regional SHEQ support to management and contracts.
• Develop IMS performance and drive continual improvement.
• Be first point of contact for incident reporting and investigations.
• Support and deliver the internal SHEQ audit schedule.
• Work autonomously and as part of the SHEQ/operations teams.
