Job summary

Keplar Group is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Midlands to drive HVAC sales across MEP contractors. The role is field-based, focusing on developing project opportunities, building strong contractor relationships and expanding key accounts throughout the Midlands region.

You will manage a portfolio, identify new projects and prepare technical and commercial proposals, while working with distributors and other stakeholders to win new business and meet targets.

Qualifications

• Proven technical sales experience in HVAC, building services or related markets.
• Strong relationships with MEP, mechanical or building services contractors.
• Experience achieving sales targets across a defined territory.
• Proven new business and account development experience.
• Good technical understanding of HVAC products and systems.
• Experience managing project-based sales opportunities.
• Confidence preparing quotations, proposals and customer presentations.
• Strong solution- or value-based selling skills.
• Good commercial awareness and pipeline management.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the Midlands.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with MEP and mechanical contractors across the Midlands.
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customer accounts.
• Identify new projects and develop opportunities from enquiry through to order.
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals.
• Work with customers to understand project requirements and recommend HVAC solutions.
• Develop new business while increasing sales across existing accounts.
• Build relationships with distributors, consultants and other project stakeholders where required.
• Use solution- and value-based selling to demonstrate benefits.
• Manage territory sales targets, forecasts and pipeline.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and project information.
• Monitor market activity, competitors and upcoming opportunities.
• Work closely with internal technical, sales and customer support teams.
