Job summary

ITS (Cheltenham) Ltd in the Midlands is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee 1-2 residential and commercial projects across the Midlands. You will be responsible for delivering projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.

You will work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams, taking ownership of the project and providing strong leadership throughout the

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to deliver construction projects from pre-construction to completion.
• Strong knowledge of programmes, budgets and project management.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills to lead teams and coordinate stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Managing the delivery of 1-2 construction projects across the Midlands.
• Taking overall responsibility for programme, budget, quality and health & safety.
• Leading and coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Managing client and stakeholder relationships.
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring key milestones are achieved.
• Managing commercial performance alongside the commercial team.
• Reviewing programmes, identifying potential issues and implementing solutions.
• Ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard and in line with contractual requirements.
• Attending and leading project meetings.
• Maintaining strong communication between site, commercial and management teams.
• Ensuring all relevant health, safety and environmental standards are maintained.
