Job summary

ITS (Cheltenham) Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver construction projects across South Bristol, Gloucestershire and surrounding areas. The role covers pre-construction through to completion with emphasis on safety, cost control and quality.

You will lead project teams, manage subcontractors and stakeholders, ensuring milestones are met and programmes delivered. A relevant construction qualification is desirable and CSCS/safety qualifications are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery, programmes, quality and health & safety.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of project costs.
• The ability to lead project teams and manage subcontractors effectively.
• A relevant construction qualification is desirable.
• CSCS and relevant health & safety qualifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects from pre-construction through to practical completion.
• Taking overall responsibility for project delivery, programme, cost and quality.
• Leading and managing project teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners.
• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
• Managing project programmes and ensuring key milestones are achieved.
• Monitoring commercial performance and working closely with the commercial team.
• Ensuring health, safety and environmental standards are maintained throughout the project.
• Identifying and managing project risks and opportunities.
• Supporting the development of junior members of the team.
