Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high‑value schemes across sectors, from offices to infrastructure in the Midlands, based in Nottingham or Birmingham.

You will manage the full project lifecycle, act as the primary client interface, drive governance and resourcing, lead multi‑disciplinary teams, supervise procurement and contract administration, mentor junior staff and support business development to win new work.

A Chartered MRICS or MCIOB background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree qualification and significant relevant experience.
• Chartered professional (MRICS, MCIOB, CHPP or equivalent).
• Experience delivering projects across public/private sectors.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and complex stakeholder environments.
• Commercially astute with project financials and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of projects through full lifecycle using best practice PM methods.
• Act as primary client interface and trusted advisor.
• Take responsibility for project commercial performance, governance and resourcing.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and drive collaboration across stakeholders.
• Provide leadership, mentoring and technical guidance to junior members.
• Manage procurement strategies, tender processes and contract administration.
• Ensure compliance with AtkinsRéalis systems, standards and policies.
• Support business development and contribute to winning new work.

Education
