Job summary

ITS (Cheltenham) Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects across the Estates Division, covering Sheffield, Manchester and surrounding areas. You will drive delivery from pre-construction through to practical completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality outcomes.

The role focuses on leading project teams, managing subcontractors, and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships in a growing construction business with a solid order book.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within construction.
• Experience delivering refurbishment, fit-out, estates or wider building projects.
• Strong knowledge of project delivery, programmes, quality and health & safety.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of project costs.
• Ability to lead project teams and manage subcontractors effectively.
• A relevant construction qualification is desirable.
• CSCS and relevant health & safety qualifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing projects from pre-construction through to practical completion.
• Taking overall responsibility for project delivery, programme, cost and quality.
• Leading and managing project teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners.
• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders.
• Managing project programmes and ensuring key milestones are achieved.
• Monitoring commercial performance and working closely with the commercial team.
• Ensuring health, safety and environmental standards are maintained throughout the project.
• Identifying and managing project risks and opportunities.
• Supporting the development of junior members of the team.
