Job summary

Brandon James is seeking a Project Manager to join its Midlands team, delivering a programme of refurbishment and construction projects across retail branches, offices, administration buildings and data centres for a major UK financial services client.

You will report to a Senior Director and manage multiple projects, oversee procurement and contract administration, coordinate consultants, monitor risk and change control, and provide regular progress reporting while traveling between project

Qualifications

• Prior experience working within a construction consultancy.
• Experience delivering commercial, retail, or office property projects.
• MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or progression towards chartership.
• Good knowledge of JCT contracts.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Programme management across a diverse property portfolio.
• Procurement, consultant coordination, and contract administration.
• Risk management, change control, and project reporting.
• Liaise with Senior Director, contractors and client stakeholders.
