Job summary

ITS (Cheltenham) Ltd in Leominster is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential and commercial projects. You will lead delivery from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring safety, quality and budget adherence.

The role requires strong site leadership, excellent communication with clients and subcontractors, and the ability to manage 1-2 projects concurrently across a varied portfolio.

Qualifications

• Strong experience within the construction industry.
• Proven track record of delivering construction projects.
• Experience working within residential, commercial or related construction sectors.
• Strong knowledge of programmes and budgets and project management.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to lead teams and build strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
• A proactive and commercially aware approach.
• A genuine desire to progress and take ownership of projects.

Responsibilities

• Managing the delivery of 1–2 construction projects.
• Taking overall responsibility for programme, budget, quality and health & safety.
• Leading and coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Managing client and stakeholder relationships.
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring key milestones are achieved.
• Managing commercial performance alongside the commercial team.
• Reviewing programmes, identifying potential issues and implementing solutions.
• Ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard and in line with contractual requirements.
• Attending and leading project meetings.
• Maintaining strong communication between site, commercial and management teams.
• Ensuring all relevant health, safety and environmental standards are maintained.
