Job summary

ITS (Cheltenham) Ltd in the Midlands is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee 1-2 residential and commercial projects across the Midlands. You will be responsible for delivering projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring safety, on-time delivery and adherence to budget and quality standards.

• Monitoring project progress and ensuring key milestones are achieved.
• Managing commercial performance alongside the commercial team.
• Reviewing programmes, identifying potential issues and implementing solutions.
• Ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard and in line with contractual requirements.
• Attending and leading project meetings.
• Maintaining strong communication between site, commercial and management teams.
• Ensuring all relevant health, safety and environmental standards are maintained.

Location: Brierley Hill, West Midlands - projects across the Midlands

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + package

The Opportunity

An established and highly respected construction business is looking to appoint an experienced Construction Project Manager to join their growing team.

With a strong and sustained order book across multiple sectors, this is an excellent opportunity to join a long-standing business with a strong reputation for delivering quality projects and a stable pipeline of work.

The successful candidate will oversee 1-2 projects at any one time, working across a varied portfolio of residential and commercial developments throughout the Midlands.

We're particularly interested in speaking with experienced Project Managers who have a strong construction background, as well as high-calibre Site Managers who are ready to take the next step into a Project Manager role.

The Role

About You

We are looking for someone with a strong construction background who understands what it takes to successfully deliver projects on site.

You may already be an established Project Manager, or you could be an experienced Site Manager looking to make the move into Project Management.

• A proven track record of delivering construction projects
• Experience working within residential, commercial or related construction sectors
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and site delivery
• Good understanding of programmes, budgets and project management

• A proactive and commercially aware approach
