Job summary

Grove Park Primary School in Sittingbourne is seeking a Midday Supervisor to join a happy, supportive and hardworking team. You will supervise children in the playground, classroom and dining hall, helping to create a safe and positive lunchtime experience.

We are looking for a good team player with excellent interpersonal skills, who treats children as individuals, communicates well with pupils and adults, manages behaviour consistently, and is organised, flexible and reliable.

Job description

We are looking for a Midday Supervisor to join our happy, supportive and hardworking team. Responsibilities will include supervising the children in the playground, classroom and dining hall.

We require someone who:

• Excellent interpersonal skills and has a friendly and caring nature
• Enjoys being with children, treating them as individuals
• Is able to manage behaviour fairly and consistently.
• Has good communication skills with both children and adults

• Has a positive attitude

The post holder will be required to work Monday to Friday 11.45a.m - 1.15p.m,

7.5 hours per week term-time only plus 2 days
