Job summary

Westgate Primary School is seeking a friendly Midday Meals Supervisor to supervise pupils during lunchtime and support playtime, promoting safe, kind and engaging activities.

The role is fixed term until 31 August 2027, 5 hours per week, term-time (38 weeks per year), Monday to Friday. Start date as soon as possible; interview on 6 November 2026. We reserve the right to close adverts earlier if a suitable applicant is found.

We are looking to recruit a friendly, flexible and caring Midday Meals Supervisor with high expectations to join our dedicated team. Working under the supervision and guidance of your line manager, you will help to supervise pupils during lunchtime, lead games and activities that develop children's social skills, and support pupils while they eat their lunch. We are proud to have a dedicated staff team who work closely together to ensure the very best outcomes for all our pupils.

Your role will include:
