Job summary

Board Of Trustees is seeking a caring and enthusiastic lunchtime supervisor to support pupils at a school west of Peterborough. You will help create a safe, positive lunchtime environment and foster pupil confidence, independence and social skills.

The role emphasises building relationships, encouraging kindness, and consistent behaviour management, with part-time hours (6.25 per week) and term-time plus one training week. Generous staff benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for children during school hours is desirable.
• Ability to model positive behaviour and interact kindly with pupils.

• Grade 3 - NJC Points 3 | Starting annual prorated £3,705 (Full time equivalent: £25,615)
