Camden Learning is seeking a part-time lunchtime supervisor to support children during lunchtime in a school setting. The role focuses on caring guidance, promoting healthy, safe playtimes and positive behavior management.

Responsibilities include supervising and modelling positive conduct, guiding games and activities, and ensuring a calm, inclusive environment for all pupils during lunch and recreation. Training will be provided as needed.

Qualifications

• Caring, patient and attentive, with a genuine commitment to children’s wellbeing and safety
• Able to promote positive behaviour and encourage good manners during lunchtime
• Proactive and observant, ensuring a safe, calm and inclusive dining and play environment
• Confident in supporting pupils’ social development and positive interactions with others
• Able to relate well to a wide range of stakeholders, including pupils, parents, staff and other professionals
• Driven by a strong sense of responsibility and a desire to help all children feel happy, safe and valued at lunchtime

Description du poste

Part-time 12.5 hours per week (2.5 hours per day Monday to Friday)

You will supervise and support children at lunchtimes. We are looking for a caring role model, with excellent behaviour management skills to ensure the children enjoy healthy and safe playtimes. Experience of leading sports or games with children an advantage.
