Job summary

Beechwood Primary School in Luton is seeking a friendly Midday Supervisor to look after children during lunchtime. You will join a dedicated team and contribute to a safe, engaging lunchtime environment.

The role covers 6.25 hours per week over five days (1 hour 15 minutes per day) for 38 weeks per year, with starts around 11:30am to midday. Training is provided, and you will work alongside the Senior Midday Supervisor to support positive behaviour.

£3,652 per annum

We require an enthusiastic Midday Supervisor, to look after our children during the lunchtime break.

Working with the Senior Midday Supervisor, you will:

Ensure the safety and general welfare of the children

Assist and engage the children in lunchtime play and activities

Support positive behaviour.

A friendly approach and the ability to communicate effectively with children and adults are essential and full training will be given.

You will need to be versatile, flexible and thrive on achieving through effective teamwork. This is a rewarding role, where you can make a difference to young children and the school community.
