MyNewTerm in Findern Findern CP at Highfields Spencer Academy is seeking a Lunchtime Play Leader to help create a happy, active and inclusive lunchtime for pupils. You will support and encourage children to take part in games and purposeful play, helping them build friendships and social skills during the school day.
You will be energetic, approachable, and able to build positive relationships with children, creating a safe, welcoming playground where all pupils feel included and are encouraged

We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive and caring Lunchtime Play Leader to join our team at Highfields Spencer Academy.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to help make lunchtimes a happy, active and inclusive part of the school day. You will support and encourage pupils to take part in purposeful play, games and activities, helping children to build friendships, develop social skills and enjoy being active.
We are looking for someone who is energetic, approachable and able to build positive relationships with children. You will help create a safe, welcoming and engaging playground environment where all pupils feel included and are encouraged to demonstrate our RISE values of Respect, Inspire, Success and Empathy.
