Job summary

Fairfields Primary School in Milton Keynes is seeking Lunch and Play Assistants to support children during lunchtime and enhance outdoor provision, ensuring lunchtime is a happy time for everyone.

The successful candidates will have a friendly disposition with empathy for individual children's needs and be a strong team member, hardworking, flexible, with a positive attitude and sense of fun.

• Support lunchtime supervision and create a safe, caring environment for pupils.
• Enhance outdoor provision and ensure lunchtime is a happy experience for all.
• Demonstrate friendliness, empathy for children's needs and strong teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support children during lunchtime to ensure safety and enjoyment.
• Assist with outdoor activities and contribute to a positive lunchtime atmosphere.

Job description

Lunch and Play Assistant

11.25 hours per week (11:15 to 13:30)

5 days per week, 38 weeks per year (Term time plus holiday pay)

Grade A (FTE £25,185) Pro rata annual £6,474.53
