Highfields Spencer Academy in Derbyshire seeks a Lunchtime Play Leader to supervise lunch sessions and promote inclusive, active play for pupils.
The role involves supporting students, encouraging teamwork and safeguarding during 11:30am–1:30pm, Monday to Friday, term-time plus INSET days. 10 hours weekly across 39 weeks. Salary is paid annually as an actual amount.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive and caring Lunchtime Play Leader to join our team at Highfields Spencer Academy.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to help make lunchtimes a happy, active and inclusive part of the school day. You will support and encourage pupils to take part in purposeful play, games and activities, helping children to build friendships, develop social skills and enjoy being active.
We are looking for someone who is energetic, approachable and able to build positive relationships with children. You will help create a safe, welcoming and engaging playground environment where all pupils feel included and are encouraged to demonstrate our RISE values of Respect, Inspire, Success and Empathy.
