As a Mid-Market Manager, you will own and drive the regional mid-market strategy across all OpCos. You’ll set a bold direction, align global objectives with local execution, and lead a culture of accountability, coaching, and performance.

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach—someone who’s comfortable moving from the whiteboard to the field. You’ll design and scale programs that integrate hardware, managed services, and SaaS into a powerful go-to-market engine.

What you will be doing

Strategic Leadership & Execution

  • Define and implement a winning mid-market strategy tailored to local markets
  • Set clear expectations, governance, and consequences to drive performance
  • Coach and upskill sales leaders across OpCos
  • Lead the evolution from “box” to “solution” selling
  • Design scalable sales programs to increase pipeline, wallet share, and profit
  • Pilot and scale innovative initiatives across the region

Pricing & Commercial Excellence

  • Introduce structured pricing, deal governance, and incentive models
  • Use data to balance competitiveness and margin protection

Enablement & Capability Building

  • Build strong relationships across functions—sales, marketing, product
  • Train teams in consultative selling and solution-led engagement
  • Provide tools, messaging, and insights to accelerate success

Performance & Analytics

  • Take an engineering approach to sales—measure what matters
  • Track pipeline growth, deal size, discounting trends, and SaaS adoption
  • Use forecasting and CRM best practices to drive transparency and accountability
You will ideally have
  • Extensive experience in B2B sales, commercial leadership, or sales enablement
  • Experience transforming mid-market sales—ideally in copier, IT services, or SaaS
  • Expertise in pricing strategy, compensation, and large-scale program delivery
  • Comfort operating in a matrixed, multinational environment
  • CRM, analytics, and data-driven decision-making are second nature
  • You lead with influence, coach with purpose, and execute with precision
