Location: London (Hybrid 3 days in Shoreditch office)

This health-tech innovator revolutionizes dental care by enabling seamless collaboration between general dentists and top-tier orthodontists. Their platform offers real-time mentorship, allowing dentists to deliver specialist-level clear aligner treatments within their practices. By integrating advanced training modules, remote treatment monitoring, and streamlined digital consent processes, they improve clinical outcomes, elevate patient experiences, and reduce practitioner risk. Their marketplace model ensures fair pricing and accessibility, making high-quality orthodontic care more attainable. Who are we looking for? Please read below to be considered:

  • Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
  • 5+ years in sales, with at least 3 years closing at mid-market level
  • Proven success in winning big logos with deal values of $100k+
  • Experience selling tech or solution-based products—subscription-based experience is a big plus
  • Familiarity with sales frameworks (MEDDIC, BANT, MEDPIC, etc.)
  • Curious mindset—personally and professionally, always seeking to improve
  • Experience in developing GTM strategies and building from the ground up

AOV in this role will range from $100k–$200k. Yearly targets are $800k. If you've achieved similar numbers before, that's a significant advantage.
