Job Description:

WRK digital is seeking a talented mid-level developer to join a small, agile team working on cutting-edge platforms transforming the PropTech space. You will help shape and deliver the technical roadmap, scale existing infrastructure, and drive innovation across their product offering.

What You’ll Do

• Build new features and improvements using Node.js, MongoDB, and React.
• Contribute to architectural decisions to ensure scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with the lead developer and product team to deliver sprint objectives.
• Uphold best practices in code quality, including unit testing and code reviews.
• Mentor junior developers as the team expands.

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience scaling applications and working with cloud infrastructure using AWS.
• Strong understanding of web application architecture and modern design patterns (e.g., SOLID principles).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and functional programming.
• Comfortable working in a Scrum environment with continuous integration and deployment.

Salary: £45,000, based on experience. Fully remote with optional office presence in Leeds/Yorkshire. Flexible hours and an open feedback culture. Unlimited annual leave (subject to business needs).
