Recourse AI in Manchester is seeking a mid-level Full-Stack Software Engineer to build and ship user-facing features across our React frontend and Python backend. You will refine requirements with product managers and designers, owning features from technical design through release, including API design, implementation, testing, and monitoring.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience building and shipping production applications.
Experience building end-to-end solutions with focus on reliability and robustness.
Strong cross-functional communication with non-technical stakeholders.
Solid CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, system design.

Responsibilities

Build and ship user-facing features across React frontend and Python backend.
Own features from technical design through release, including API design, testing and monitoring.
Contribute to platform infrastructure and realtime voice AI systems.
Collaborate with product, design, engineering, Content, Sales and Customer Success.
