Join our Microsoft Operations Team

The Microsoft Operations Team is part of the newly established Vendor and Cloud Alliance structure. Our team provides operational support to both Corporate and Public Sector customers, assisting them and account managers throughout the entire lifecycle of a Microsoft agreement. We are dedicated and driven, prioritizing customer service and striving to be the best Microsoft Operations team in the industry.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Microsoft Operations inbox, supporting internal and external requests
  • Liaise with Microsoft Account Managers, Operations, and Licensing teams
  • Set up small to large agreement contracts and validate Microsoft Agreements
  • Support customers throughout their entire lifecycle including contracts, agreement setups, post-sales licensing, and portals
  • Communicate with Softcat Account Managers to ensure orders are correctly and promptly placed
  • Handle CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) queries
Candidate Requirements:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High levels of customer service passion
  • Interest in technology and Microsoft solutions
  • Ability to prioritize workloads and maintain attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
