Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365 applications and services.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, and Exchange Online administration.

• Understanding of networking fundamentals and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Defender, compliance policies, and security best practices.

• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator) are a plus.
