Job description

This is a superb career opportunity for an ambitious, North West based MS Dynamics Engineer to make a real impact and join a highly successful IT organisation in Greater Manchester during a period of impressive growth.

Our client requires someone from a technical hands-on background who has installed/implemented D365 from scratch and without having to engage with a third-party company.

Ultimately this role is all about the person, ability and willingness to make the role their own and develop/learn where is required as the role grows and develops.

Ideal experience -

1. Setting up a Dynamics 365 CRM solution from scratch, including configuring custom entities and workflows
2. Implemented integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party tools e.g., Power BI or NAV
3. Built customer-facing portals using Microsoft Power Pages or similar tools
4. Configured automation in Dynamics 365 for tasks like SLA compliance tracking or case management
5. Transitioned business processes from Excel-based systems to Dynamics 365
6. Conducted end-to-end testing of a Dynamics 365 solution before deployment
7. Created Functional Design Documents (FDDs) / provided demos to stakeholders for feedback
8. Primarily built new Dynamics 365 solutions, rather than maintaining existing systems
9. Any experience of Customer portals within Dynamics would be a real benefit due to the nature of your role

The role will be remote working with a willingness to travel into Manchester as required.
